In the karacharana kritam vaa shloka has been said that O Lord of Mercy, forgive all my sins that I have committed consciously or unconsciously. I urge you to forgive the sinful deeds committed by my hands and feet, or arising out of my words or deeds done by me. Please forgive the sinful acts committed by my senses, such as the ear and the eye, or the sinful thoughts that arise in my head.
Please forgive me for all the sins I have committed in the performance of my duties, as well as for the actions that are not clearly prescribed. Please forgive me for all my sins. Glory to you, Mahadev, Shambho, you are the ocean of compassion

करचरण कृतं वाक्कायजं कर्मजं वा ।
श्रवणनयनजं वा मानसं वापराधं ।
विहितमविहितं वा सर्वमेतत्क्षमस्व ।
जय जय करुणाब्धे श्रीमहादेव शम्भो ॥
Transliteration
karacaraṇa kr̥taṁ vākkāyajaṁ karmajaṁ vā ।
śravaṇanayanajaṁ vā mānasaṁ vāparādhaṁ ।
vihitamavihitaṁ vā sarvametatkṣamasva ।
jaya jaya karuṇābdhe śrīmahādeva śambho ॥
English Transcript
karacharana kritam vaa-kkayajam karmajam va |
shravananayanajam va manasam vaparadham |
vihitamavihitam va sarvametatkshamasva |
jaya jaya karunabdhe shrimahadeva shambho ||
English Translation
Whatever sins are committed by the actions of my hands and feet, fabricated by my word and my body, or my works,
fabricated by my ears and eyes, or sins produced by my mind (i.e. thoughts),
While performing the prescribed actions. As well as all other actions which are not expressly prescribed.
Please forgive them all.
Glory to you, oh Sri Mahadeva Shambho, I surrender myself to you, you are an ocean of love.
Hindi Translation
हे भगवान शिव, मेरे हाथ और चरणों से, शब्दों और काया द्वारा मैंने कई बुरे कर्म किये है,
मेरे द्वारा सुनने, देखने और विचारों से जो भी अपराध मुझ से हुए है,
उन सभी के लिए मुझे क्षमा करें। हे करुणा के सागर देवों के देव महादेव शम्भु
मुझे क्षमा करें।
