वे महान शिव जो नागों के राजा को गले की माला के रूप में धारण करते है और जो तीन नेत्रों वाले है,
जिनका शरीर पवित्र राख से ढका हुआ है और जो देवों के देव हैं।
जो नित्य है, जो सदा शुद्ध है और चारों दिशाएं ही जिनके वस्त्र है (अर्थात वे सर्वत्र एवं मुक्त है),
उन शिव को नमस्कार, जिन्हें पंचाक्षर मंत्र में शब्दांश ना द्वारा दर्शाया गया है।

English Meaning

The great Shiva who wears the king of serpents in the form of a garland around his neck and who has three eyes,
Whose body is covered with holy ashes and who is the God of gods.
